Ed

Ed is a Consultant based out of Chicago with over 15 years of executive compensation experience. He works with senior management teams and Compensation Committees in developing effective executive compensation programs that balance risk and reward in a constantly evolving regulatory and corporate governance environment.

Education

Ed earned a B.S. in Biological Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.

Previous experience

Before joining Pay Governance, Ed was a senior manager in Deloitte’s executive compensation consulting practice where he advised senior executives and compensation committees across a wide spectrum of clients from non-profits to large, publicly-traded companies. He has also held roles with Aon Hewitt and Equilar in executive compensation roles and with Viator in a financial planning & analysis role.

Ed has authored articles published on Deloitte’s On The Board Agenda, Harvard Law School Forum, Wall Street Journal’s CFO Journal, and the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP).
