Jim Dickinson is a Principal in the Philadelphia office of Pay Governance with nearly 20 years of executive compensation consulting experience. He works with Compensation Committees and senior management teams in the development of executive compensation and outside director pay programs. Jim has broad experience in the design, calibration, and communication of annual and long-term incentive programs. His client base centers on Fortune 1000 companies, particularly those in the energy, insurance and industrial sectors. Jim has been a contributor to various articles and newsletters on topics related to executive compensation and speaks regularly at professional and industry organizations.
Jim earned a B.S. in Economics with Honors from The Pennsylvania State University.
Before joining Pay Governance, Jim worked in Towers Watson's Executive Compensation practice for over 13 years where he was involved in the practice's intellectual capital and associate development efforts.
