Jessica Morris is a Consultant in the Boston office of Pay Governance. Jessica has assisted on the full range of projects for the Committee and management during her 4 years since joining Pay Governance.
Jessica provides analytical, modeling and data-related support to clients across a variety of industries. Her experience includes executive and outside director compensation assessments, peer group development, shareholder value dilution and utilization analyses, pay-for-performance modeling, and equity incentive plan guidelines. She also assists with realizable pay assessments, regulatory update, and annual and long-term incentive plan analyses.
Jessica is also a member of the firm’s internal Institutional Shareholder Services team where she tracks policy developments and company Say-on-Pay updates. Jessica works with an array of clients in the technology, insurance, energy, retail, and life sciences sectors.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University in Industrial and Labor Relations.
