Joadi Oglesby is a Consultant with Pay Governance. In this capacity, she manages client relationships, supports PayGovernance’s business development efforts, and manages project teams.
Joadi holds a B.S. from the University of Southern California (USC) Marshall School of Business in Los Angeles, with a concentration in Strategic Management.
Prior to joining Pay Governance, Joadi was a Director and Head of LA Consulting Operations at Farient Advisors and was recognized as a key resource to several Fortune 500 clients as well as smaller private clients. She also worked with their global partnership on global compensation and governance trends, and analyzed implications for their clients with international businesses.
In her client work, Joadi focuses on the linkage between performance measurement and compensation strategy. She is responsible for supporting the development of client work products and is a dedicated resource to several of Pay Governance’s clients.
