Linda Pappas is a Consultant in the Charlotte, North Carolina office of Pay Governance. Linda advises clients across multiple industries, and spends the majority of her time with clients in the following industries: real estate, retail, financial services, and manufacturing. Linda has over 14 years of experience with numerous aspects of executive compensation, including: peer group development and validation, competitive benchmarking for executives and non-employee directors, research and analysis of compensation practices, short- and long-term incentive plan design, target setting and goal difficulty analysis for incentive plans, pay-for-performance assessments, and governance and regulatory developments and trends. In addition, Linda is a subject matter expert on Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) policies and is certified by ISS Corporate Solutions in using the ISS proprietary Equity Plan Scorecard for modeling equity plan design. Linda also serves on the Advisory Board of the Carolinas Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) as a corporate sponsor.
Linda graduated magna cum laude from Cornell University with a degree in Applied Economics and Management.
Prior to joining Pay Governance, Linda worked in Willis Towers Watson's Executive Compensation practice for over 6 years in the Philadelphia and Charlotte offices.
