Madison Blackstock is a Consultant in our New York office. She advises compensation committees and senior management on compensation design and strategy. Focusing on the linkage between pay and performance, Madison assists clients on a number of analyses including peer group, executive compensation and realizable pay, outside director compensation, broad-based compensation and leveling, and short- and long-term incentive plan design and goal setting.
Madison has experience with companies of various sizes across a broad range of industries, with expertise in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences space. Additionally, Madison has experience in working with initial public offerings, both PE and VC-backed, building incentive design, establishing initial share pools and share usage projections, and reviewing competitiveness of executive ownership at IPO.
Internally, Madison supports staff training, recruitment, and proxy advisor research in connection with Say-on-Pay.”
Madison attended Vanderbilt University where she studied Economics and Corporate Strategy.
Madison worked briefly for a compliance consulting firm and, most recently, Semler Brossy where she was a Senior Associate Consultant.
