Paige Patton is a Consultant in Pay Governance’s Detroit office. Paige has four years of executive compensation consulting experience. She consults to compensation committees and senior management and her project-based experience includes executive and outside director compensation assessments, short- and long-term incentive plan designs, pay-for-performance analyses, and severance/change-in-control liability calculations.
Paige earned a B.B.A. in finance from the University ofMichigan-Dearborn, graduating with high distinction.
Prior to joining Pay Governance, Paige worked as an executive compensation analyst at Willis Towers Watson.
