Perla has experience in various aspects of executive compensation, including peer group development, research and analysis of compensation practices and trends, competitive pay assessments for executives and non-employee directors, pay-for-performance assessments, and short- and long-term incentive plan design. Perla works with a wide range of clients in various industries including financial services, real estate, retail, and pharmaceutical industries.
