Ryan Peterson is a Consultant at Pay Governance responsible for managing project teams, developing client compensaton and performance programs, supporting business development, and training junior staff members. Ryan focuses on the linkage between performance measurement and compensation strategy, with the ultimate goal of aligning reward programs with the creation of shareholder value. Ryan has experience across multiple industries including energy, financial services, non-profits, manufacturing, health care, and technology.
Ryan holds a B.A. in Economics and Spanish from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.
Prior to joining Pay Governance, Ryan managed executive and broad-based compensation assessments at Farient Advisors in Los Angeles, CA as a Manager and at Sibson Consulting’s Performance and Reward practice in Chicago, Illinois as an Associate Consultant.
