Pay Governance was formed in 2010 as a stand-alone consulting firm specifically to address the executive compensation independence issues facing large public companies. We provide independent advisory services solely focused in the areas of executive compensation and corporate governance. We specialize in developing programs that support a company’s unique business situation and strategy. To do so, we draw on the expertise of our staff across all of our 13 offices in the U.S. and Asia that have significant consulting, industry, research, and technical backgrounds.
