Ben Futterman is a Consultant located in Pay Governance's New York office. He advises clients on executive and outside director benchmarking, incentive plan design, pay-for-performance analysis and peer group development.
Ben has supported clients ranging from pre-IPO firms to Fortune 100 public companies based internationally and within the U.S. across a variety of industries, including: technology, entertainment, retail, industrial and MedTech.
Ben earned a B.S.B.A. with a specialization in Finance and a minor in International Business from The Ohio State University.
Prior to joining Pay Governance LLC, Ben was an executive compensation consultant at Semler Brossy.
