Tyler Tokarsky is a Consultant at Pay Governance in San Francisco. He serves boards and leadership teams through all stages of their company lifecycle, from newly seeded startups to multinational S&P 500 corporations. Tyler guides his clients on complex topics such as short-term and long-term incentive plan design, IPO preparation, corporate governance compliance, underwater option management, and recapitalization.
Tyler holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
Prior to joining Pay Governance, Tyler served as an executive compensation advisor at the Aon Radford consulting group and later founded an enterprise software company.
Tyler has led research for and presented at various industry conferences, and his research has been featured in WorldatWork’s Workspan journal. Tyler was a member of the University of Michigan football team and currently serves as board president for the University of Michigan Alumni Association of Greater San Francisco.
