Lindsay

Lindsay Zehner is a Consultant in the Dallas office of Pay Governance. She has played critical project management and supporting roles in major executive compensation projects. Lindsay is a key contributor for client engagements focused on assessing the competitiveness of compensation programs.  Her recent work has focused on equity incentive valuations, peer group development, competitive benchmarking for executives and directors, short- and long-term incentive plan design, pay-for-performance assessments, and shareholder advisory voting modeling.  Since 2007, Lindsay has been preparing equity incentive valuations for financial reporting purposes.  Lindsay is certified by ISS Corporate Solutions in using ISS's Equity Plan Scorecard modeling.

Education

Lindsay graduated from Austin College with a degree in Mathematics and Business and received her M.B.A. with concentration in finance from the Edwin L. Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.

Previous experience

Prior to joining Pay Governance in 2010, Lindsay had eight years of consulting experience in the executive compensation and retirement practices at Willis Towers Watson and Mercer.
